Clopay’s imagineNATION Makeover Contest is being extended through December 31, 2020, giving residential dealers and their customers free publicity and a chance to win a cash prize.
Eligible homeowners who have replaced their garage door or entry door can submit before and after photos for a chance to win $1,000. Dealers who install the door(s) on a winning entry receive $250.
Clopay launched the contest in June 2016 to promote the impact a new garage door or entry door has on a home's curb appeal.
“We continue to be impressed by the imagination of our customers and the personal stories behind the makeovers,” said Clopay’s vice president of marketing Pat Lohse. “Nearly every Clopay garage door model is represented in the entries we have received, so whatever the home style or budget, customers shopping for a new door are sure to find good ideas when they view the transformations featured on our website contest page.”
The imagineNATION Makeover Contest is open to residents of the 50 continental United States and Canada exclusive of the Province of Quebec, who are at least 18 years of age.
A panel of judges selects one winning makeover each month. Once an entry is received, it stays in the selection pool for the duration of the contest. There is no need to re-enter.
Marketing materials including imagineNATION Makeover Contest promo cards, a radio spot, and website graphics are available on the Clopay dealer portal to help sales representatives and installation techs promote the contest and encourage their customers to enter.
Before and after photos must be submitted by the homeowner for consideration. Clopay employees, dealers, retailers, suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
