Clopay is introducing a 3”polyurethane insulated upward acting sectional door with an R-value of 22.2. 

Ideal for use in in cold storage facilities and other temperature sensitive climates, Clopay’s Model 3730 three-layer steel “sandwich” door features environmentally safe, CFC- and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation foam injected between a 27 gauge exterior skin and a 28 gauge interior skin with a thermal break. The sections feature a continuous closed cell foam tape for additional weather resistance. 

The hardware on the doors includes a 4-3/4” EPDM rubber astragal, 14 gauge hinges, commercial 10-ball steel rollers, and 10,000 cycle torsion springs. 

The Model 3730 is available in either a factory-finished white or brown. Triple pane insulated windows are also offered in select sizes.
