Clopay Commercial Products is introducing Model 157C mini warehouse and commercial roll-up sheet doors in a corrugated steel panel design. 

Designed to fit openings up to 12’ by 14’ and available in 19 standard stock colors, the Clopay Model 157C is designed for fast installation, smooth operation and long-lasting, low-maintenance performance. Insulation is optional.

Fabricated from 26 gauge galvanized steel curtains interlocked and seamed together for the full height of door, the Model 157C features a 16-gauge universal guide design, which allows the doors to be mounted directly to wood, steel, concrete or masonry block without any modification to the jambs. Self-lubricating nylon wearstrips are attached to the curtain to prevent metal-to-metal contact and muffle sound.

Additional features include a heavy duty angle bottom bar, a full bulb-type bottom weatherstrip, factory lubricated oil-tempered helical torsion springs, and a 12” drum. The door’s ratchet spring tension assembly enables installers to easily fine tune the initial tension of the springs using a ½” drive ratchet wrench. Increments of 1/8 turn are possible.

The curtains are pre-painted inside and out and finished with a baked-on silicone polyester top coat for superior rust-resistance in any environment. The paint system is backed by a 40 year warranty against cracking, checking or peeling, and has a 25-year warranty against fading or chalking.

Doors over 10’ wide and over 10’ high operate with a standard chain hoist. The doors can also be ordered prepped for an electric opener; the in-tube Pantheon® opener is also available.
