Clopay® Introduces Commercial Rolling Steel Fire-Rated Counter Doors for Interior/Exterior Use in Drywall, Masonry and Steel Walls.
UL, FM and ULC Rated Products Certified “Buy American”

Clopay Commercial Products Group is introducing a new line of fire-rated counter doors designed to secure interior and exterior openings in drywall, masonry or steel walls located in factories, schools, concession areas, hospitals, cafeterias and retail venues.

The doors are UL, FM and ULC Labeled ranging up to 3 hours to meet today’s fire protection requirements. A choice of motorized, standard chain hoist, hand-crank, or manual push-up operation systems is offered, depending on the model.

The curtains are constructed in either 22 gauge galvanized steel in light gray or 22 gauge 300 series stainless steel with #4 finish. Powder coating is also offered.

Clopay Model CERC10 Fire Shutters
Designed to secure interior and exterior openings above counters as well as conventional floor to header wall openings, the Model CERC10 fire shutters can be mounted on rated drywall, masonry, or steel walls.

Motor, chain or crank operating systems are recommended for ease of testing and controlled automatic closing speed. Optional UL Classified smoke and draft control can be added to the doors to aid in fire containment. Galvanized steel endlocks are provided per UL procedure.

Sizes: Fits openings up to 16' wide when height is 7'6" or less, or openings up to 12' wide when height is 10' or less.
 
Clopay Model CERC20 “Labeled Package Units” 
Manual “push-up” Clopay Rolling Counter Fire Doors with Integral Frame and Countertop are delivered factory assembled for quick field installation and a seamless, custom-built appearance.

Designed for use in both rated drywall and masonry openings up to 10' wide by 4'9" high in walls 4-1/2" to 12" thick, “Slip-In” units can be set into finished wall openings. “Built-In” units wrap around finished walls; installation is done while the wall is being constructed.

Clopay offers UL classified countertops in two materials: Integral 300 series stainless steel with #4 finish or plastic laminate. A No-Countertop option is also available for openings with an existing countertop.

Smoke control gasketing made up of both UL listed perimeter smoke seals and UL tested vinyl astragal is available to provide protection against smoke infiltration at the head, guide frames and sill.
